Dennis A. Kurinskas, 72, lifelong of Brockton, passed away Nov. 7, 2022. Son of the late Joseph and Virginia, he attended Whitman-Hanson High School. He worked for Pyro Products, TransCourier Systems, and at the Enterprise Building in maintenance until retirement.
Dennis was a member of Polish White Eagles and the former Mallard Decoy Club. He loved music, singing and dancing, fishing, the beach, camping, politics in the past, and playing cribbage at Mary Cruise Kennedy Senior Center.
He was a recent member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church and former member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
Dennis was the beloved husband of Ida Maria (Szumylo) Kurinskas for 47 years, loving father of Dennis Kurinskas Jr. and Laura of Chicago, Matthew Kurinskas and Wanda of Florida, and Carrie Toppa and Jerry of Brockton, grandfather of 5, great-grandfather of 2; one of 11, he was a close brother of Arlene Carey, Virginia Leondike, Brenda Kurinskas, Ronald Kurinskas and the late Kevin Kurinskas and Frank Yakavonis, and an uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, all are welcome to calling hours Thursday, Nov. 10 from 4 to 7 p.m. and his funeral Friday, Nov. 11 at 1 p.m., all at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton.
